Glen Haviland is a

Glen has 32 years of
experience in the field of Electronic Warfare working for AIL Systems Inc., EDO
Corporation, ITT Corporation and Exelis Inc. Glen has contributed his systems
engineering knowledge on many programs including B-1B AN/ALQ-161, EA6B
AN/ALQ-99, B-52 AN/ALQ-172, EF111 SIP, and Counter IED JCREW 3.3. Specifically
Glen spent much of his career working as a systems engineer developing system
performance requirements, performing systems analysis, developing system flow
down specifications, developing systems test requirements and performing
systems integration and test.
Glen holds a Bachelor of
Science in Electrical Engineering from the State University of NY at Stony
Brook as well as a Masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic
Institute of New York. He has a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt from the University of
Michigan and Program Management training from the Program Management Institute
(PMI).

Karl Sygall is a Senior Engineering

utilization of the electromagnetic spectrum for naval, air and ground
Electronic Warfare applications and solutions.

Mr. Sygall has 45+ years
of experience on Electronic Warfare programs for US Defense Department. His 25+
years of experience on the B-1B ALQ-161 started with the original program
requirements, design and test integration development, in the early 1970s’ as
the first Lead System Engineer, and continued through to the late 1990s’ as the
Program Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer. Karl’s experience includes system
architectural development, requirements development and analysis, digital
design and implementation, threat assessment and techniques / countermeasures
development, flight test and aircraft integration requirements and test
management.
Karl holds a BSEE from
Pratt Institute of Brooklyn and an MSEE from the Polytechnic
Institute of New York. He also holds a Lean Six-Sigma Greenbelt from the University
of Michigan. Karl has been inducted into the Association of Old Crows Technology
Hall of Fame for his lifetime achievements in the field of Electronic Warfare.

Bob Oliva is a Senior Engineering

and utilization of the Electromagnetic Spectrum for air and ground Electronic

the technical lead for receiver system design, development, analysis and
integration.
Bob holds a Bachelor of
Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.
He has a Lean Six-Sigma Greenbelt from the University of Michigan.

associated with a broad spectrum of developmental technologies involving the
control and utilization of the Electromagnetic and Electro-optical Spectrum for
air and ground Electronic Warfare, Surveillance and Communications applications
and solutions.
Gary has held multiple corporate,
division, program and technical leadership positions focused on Electronic
Warfare technology and product developments. His multiple assignments included:

Gary has over 30 years’

of operations development, systems engineering, technology research,
developments and transition, program development and management, business
planning and operations, customer relations and proposal support.
Gary has contributed his
capabilities and knowledge on many programs within the areas of Electronic
Warfare, C4ISR, Network Communications, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Special
Programs. Gary utilizes a systems engineering, business approach to effectively
transition programs through its technology development phases, manufacturing
operations, integration, test, and fielding. This approach has resulted in
